The most famous attraction in Jaisalmer is the Jaisalmer Fort, also known as Sonar Qila, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Visitors can also enjoy a camel safari in the desert, visit the Sam Sand Dunes, explore the intricate havelis, and attend the vibrant desert festivals. The distance between Jodhpur and Jaisalmer is about 300 km, and it takes about 5-6 hours to travel by road.

Visitors can take a day trip from Jodhpur to Jaisalmer to explore the city's top attractions or stay at one of the many hotels and resorts located in and around Jaisalmer to get a more immersive experience.
